Lynda Davidson

 

I am a qualified chartered surveyor and worked in commercial estate management for 13 years.

Since 2012 I have let and managed a small family portfolio of mainly 1 bed flats.   Due to my property background and also my strong belief of the importance to have a good relationship with tenants I decided I would be better placed to find my own tenants and to manage the property. I now let and manage 6 properties within the North London and Hertfordshire area.

My aims are to provide tenants with a home for long term renters, to ensure a good relationship with tenants, to maintain the property to high standards, and to ensure repairs and concerns are dealt with as swiftly as possible.

I do not charge agency or admin fees.  A holding fee of one weeks rent will be requested when you find a property you like, however this will go towards the first months rent. The inventory check-in and check out is paid for by myself.

I am a member of the RICS member number 0084768.  I am accredited by the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme, number 15027171I and I continue to attend continuing professional development (CPD) seminars to keep up to date with legislation governing the residential letting.  I am also a member of National Residential Landlords Association, number 2137382
